Summit House is housing for men and women who are HIV-positive and at risk of homelessness. At Summit House, we assist residents with job search, placement opportunities in the community, medical entitlements and medical compliance issues. The program promotes a holistic approach to the management of HIV.provides residents with increased access to primary care, social services, nutritional support, substance use and mental health treatment, HIV prevention education and vocational activities.

We provide:
- case management and supportive services
- referrals to substance use and mental health counseling
- experienced and compassionate staff with a knowledge of HIV/AIDS and recovery issues
- safe and affordable housing


Summit House is a 10-bed residence for men and women living with HIV/AIDS.

Criteria for acceptance:
- residents must be ambulatory and have documentation from a physician of HIV-positive status
- residents must be at least 18 years old (16 if emancipated)

Individuals who will not be accepted for admission are those:
- in need of emergency psychiatric care or detoxification
- with needs beyond the capacity of the staff and program
