We understand that successful outreach starts with building trust and establishing relationships. We ensure accessible, quality, and cost-effective services to promote recovery and individual responsibility. We are committed to treating every person with respect and compassion.
Our case management and referral services are provided by the ERSC, GAICM, & Willimantic Outreach programs through a system that creates more efficient and client-focused care. This includes transportation to treatment, detox, medical appointments, and court appearances. We support our clients in making informed decisions and help them learn to manage the challenges of daily life in productive and healthy ways.
This program insures that Latinos have access to high quality and appropriate recovery services for themselves and their loved ones. We provide referrals to substance use and mental health treatment/detox, transportation to treatment, and follow up.
The Homeless Outreach Workers ensure clients have access to primary health services, mental health and substance use treatment, job training, educational services and housing services. Staff works within the community to increase awareness of the needs of the homeless who have substance use and mental health disorders.
