Bill's House is a transitional living facility for adults who have 30 days in recovery and are ready to re-enter the community. All residents must engage in outpatient treatment and AA/NA meetings as well as attend a weekly house meeting. Case Managers are available to help residents build skills and self-sufficiency. Each resident is responsible for remaining drug and alcohol free, treating other residents with respect, and supporting others' sobriety and recovery program. Residents are expected to be employed or have sufficient income to pay required rental fee.

In return, Bill's House provides residents with:

- a safe and sober living environment
- support and structure
- encouragement to stay clean and sober
- financial, vocational and housing resources
- the opportunity to be responsible and independent

To be eligible for admission to Bill's House an individual must be:
- 18 years or older
- abstinent from drugs and alcohol and have a minimum of 30 days in recovery
- able to live independently with minimal supervision
- in need of transitional housing
- willing to abide by all the policies and rules

Individuals who will not be accepted for admission are those:
- needing emergency psychiatric care
- needing detoxification
- needing 24 hour supervision
